We just moved to the area and had been looking for a dentist without any luck until we drove by Bulverde Dentistry. We researched and found reviews, and their 5 stars are absolutely worthy! From start to finish they were knowledgeable, caring, and had clear communication. All our questions were answered immediately by Brandi, her expertise in communication as well as knowledge of cost breakdown and health insurance questions was extremely helpful in us figuring out what our next steps were in our decision making. Dr. Garza took her time and explained all the procedures and options thoroughly and then let us make our decision on what it was we wanted to do. I never felt pressured into making a decision immediately, which unfortunately has happened to me in the past at other practices. Lastly, booking appointments was a great experience here, the front staff was very helpful and was sincerely worried about the pain I was in and booked me an appointment faster than I was even able to make it in. Overall Bulverde Dentistry was an AMAZING experience and I highly recommend them.

It was good to see Dr. Garza back and her assistant Maggie performed her duties professional and caring.

*UPDATE* After a good first “emergency experience” I went back for my first regular visit. Did my X-rays and then proceeded to try to nickel and dime me above insurance coverage. They will refuse to do a regular cleaning. Apparently every patient that comes in needs a “deep cleaning, lol!” Insurance won’t cover it. They pretend to not know what your insurance will cover for everything they want to do. They put several pages of numbers in front of your face and actually try to confuse you. A total scam!! Stay away! ****** I recently moved and needed to find a new dentist. I was in need of an appointment due to needing a crown done. I called this office and they literally got me in the next day. Other dental offices were at least a 3 month wait. Dr Garza was great!!! I had full X-rays done and was informed of all my options. I was molded and fitted with a temporary crown and returned 3 weeks later for my permanent crown. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone.
